Le Sporting de Charleroi tient son premier renfort officiel pour la prochaine campagne. Le médian belgo-turc Onur Kaya arrive en provenance de Vitesse Arnhem, club où il était en fin de contrat. Kaya s'est engagé pour deux saisons et a 24 ans.
Ce médian offensif droitier compte 75 matches et trois buts au plus haut niveau néerlandais. Il avait rejoint Vitesse en 2002 et a fait ses débuts parmi l'élite en 2005.
