La série incroyable de Romelu Lukaku est enfin arrivée à son terme

La série se sera donc arrêtée à 14 rencontres consécutives pour Romelu Lukaku. Depuis 2014 et un but face au LOSC avec Everton, le Diable Rouge marquait dans chaque rencontre d'Europa League qu'il disputait. Avec, bien sûr, une parenthèse lors de laquelle Lukaku a disputé la Champions League, mais le total était tout de même porté entre temps à 14 matchs d'affilée en faisant trembler les filets en C3.

Ce jeudi soir, l'AS Rome se déplaçait sur la pelouse du Slavia Prague et s'est inclinée 2 buts à 0. Lukaku est donc resté l'intégralité de la rencontre sans marquer, et sa série s'est arrêtée. Ce résultat permet aussi au Slavia de dépasser la Roma au classement de la poule G, même si les deux équipes conservent 5 points d'avance sur le 3e.
